To meet the needs of farmers, TERGYS offers two solar drying configurations that are both efficient and adaptable to different volumes and product types.
1 - An Intelligent Agricultural Drying System
Controlled, High-Performance Solar Drying
Our solution is based on thermo-photovoltaic panels from Base Innovation, which combine:
Electricity production through photovoltaic cells
Hot air production through heat recovery beneath the panels
Natural panel cooling = +10% electrical efficiency
he hot air generated is blown into a specially equipped container via air heaters, ensuring even circulation around the goods to be dried.
An inline humidity sensor monitors the drying process in real time, allowing for optimized management of production cycles.
2 - Flexible configurations to match seasonal needs
Modular to suit your products and harvests
Annual Capacity: Up to 70 tons/year with a 20-foot container, 140 tons/year with a 40-foot container
Dried Products Using:
• Metal crates
• Grated or perforated flooring
• Fabric bagsModularity: Multi-crop drying adapted to seasonal variations
Hybrid Solar System: Possible combination of PV and thermo-photovoltaic panels, with Li-Ion batteries to smooth energy production and power other equipment on site
